Cake for Hospice
On October 8, 2025, BUT will once again participate in the Cake for Hospice event organized by the Diocesan Charity Brno.
You will be able to purchase a sweet cake and thus support hospice care in Brno.
As in previous years, BUT will support the event by setting up 4 stands (FP, FEEC, FCH and FAST in Björnsonový sady near the Picnic Box) and one mobile unit that will visit:
FSI at 7:15,
CEITEC at 7:45,
FIT at 10:00,
FA at 11:00,
RE from 12:00.
The donation will be used to purchase medical supplies for patient care in the home environment or equip a palliative room in the Kamenná Home for the Elderly and the Rajhradské inpatient hospice.
Do you want to get involved? Just visit the stands where you can contribute (ideally CZK 50) to the care of terminally ill people into sealed money boxes, by credit card or via QR code. As a reward, you will take home a sweet cake from the oven of the BUT Dormitories and Canteens. ??
The aim of the event is to support hospice care, similarly to previous years. The event is held under the auspices of the Diocesan Charity and has a nationwide character.
