Adéla Ivasjuková / Gaia coffee table Supervisor. Ing. Jiří Tauber, Ph.D.

Conference Table Gaia. | Author. The organic shape was achieved by bending and gluing maple veneer, thus creating 3 slatted parts, which when joined together form a base on which a glass plate is laid. The name Gaia, referring to the name of the ancient goddess of the Earth from Greek mythology, was chosen by the artist in order to "highlight the work with an organic shape that evokes a connection with natural elements and harmony." Material: wood, glass Dimensions: 36 x 60 x 60 cm
Pavel Lauš / Lighting SwallowLeader: doc. Ing. Jiří Tauber, Ph.D.
Lighting Swallow. | Author. The aim of the project was to create a minimum viable product (MVP) that could be mass produced. The artist sought inspiration from nature, exploring the contrast between organic and crystalline forms, which led him to the shape of a needle associated with a paper swallow. By folding paper swallows and using the bending memory of paper, a new structure was created, which was then transformed into a parametric model. The resulting lampshade consists of 8 swallows; the structure resembles the petals of a flower, the filament LED bulb mimics the stamens and pistil of a flower. The lighting can be used as a chandelier, floor lamp or wall lamp. Material: plastic, metal Dimensions: 160 x 50 x 50 cm Romana Longauerová, Sascha Hanáková / Lehátko Leader of the work. arch. Barbora Ponešová, Ph.D.

Bed. | Authors: Romana Longauerová, Sascha Hanáková
The couch is designed as a personal space for children who often move or do not have a stable home. It is a foldable piece of furniture that provides not only physical comfort but also emotional support. Its design offers the option of fencing for a greater sense of privacy and security. The handy storage space allows children to stash their personal belongings and gives them a sense of stability and security even with frequent changes of scenery. The foldable design makes it easy to carry and adapt to the child's current needs. This design helps children create a "little piece of home" that they can take with them wherever they go.
Material: wood, plastic, metal, fabric Dimensions: 70 x 50 x 70 cm
