Evolving This
students' workshop is focused on the city evolution. Evolution as a "the way of small changes" is an alternative way to the revolution,
which is considered as “the way of radical, big changes". A small town
is in an evolving situation when it couldn’t afford nor big changes, nor
big mistakes. Thus, we are looking for the significant small improvements;
we are looking for evolutional concepts. Evolution
is also an adaptation to the environment. Successful adaptation means
survival. Unsuccessful adaptation means extinction. Towns are living
creatures, therefore they have to adapt themselves to their environment. click pictures below to view themes
