This year, the Film and Architecture Festival called Hidden Stories, will present a selection of original films that reveal the stories and problems that architecture and urbanism can bring.
How sensitive can architecture be to the environment and the community? Why can we no longer afford to live in our own cities and who is to blame? What is beneath the surface of the public space that we see every day? These are questions that the films will offer possible answers to, and above all they will open up an important space for the development of a debate where our cities lead up, social inclusion and the creation of public space. "The summary title Hidden Stories is based on the belief that it is important not only to present the buildings and urban plans themselves, but primarily to place them in the relevant context and context of the stories developing on their background, to support clarity and accessibility of architecture as such." says playwright Martina Freitagová about this year.
The film projection will take place at the courtyard of the Faculty of architecture BUT, in the case of bad weather it will be moved to auditorium of drawing room in building B.
Admission fee is voluntary.
